ArtyPacks is a simple, powerful web tool designed for digital artists. It solves one major problem: it lets you convert Procreate's `.brushset` files into standard, transparent PNG images. This means you can use your favorite Procreate stamp brushes in any other design software (like Photoshop, Affinity, or Canva ) on any device, whether it's a Windows PC, a Mac, or an Android tablet.

- How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is simple and transparent with no subscriptions. You purchase "Credit Packs" from our Etsy store. The more credits you buy at once, the better the value. We also have a loyalty program where you get a free pack after every 6 purchases!
- What is a "credit"?
It's simple: 1 Credit = 1 `.brushset` file conversion. Each credit you use allows you to fully process one `.brushset` file (up to 35MB) and download all of its native resolution stamps.
- Do my credits expire?
Never. Your credits are yours until you use them.
Technical Questions
- What brush types are supported?
Our service is designed exclusively for Procreate stamp brushes. It is not designed for dynamic painting, texture, or pattern brushes. Our tool extracts the core stamp image (the 'shape source') at its native resolution. For best results, the original stamp image should be 1024x1024px or larger.
- What is the maximum file size?
Each `.brushset` file can be up to 35MB. For sets larger than this, we recommend splitting them into smaller sets within Procreate before uploading to ensure a fast and reliable conversion.
File & Download Questions
- How do I find my `.brushset` files on my iPad?
You first need to export your brushes from Procreate to the Files app.
- In Procreate: Open the Brush Library, swipe left on the brush set, and tap "Share".
- Save to Files: In the share menu, choose "Save to Files". We recommend creating a folder named "Brush Exports" to keep things organized.
- How do I download my files after conversion?
After conversion, you can go to the Download Center. Here you can download each converted file individually, or download all of your active files at once in a single `.zip` package for convenience.
- How long are my download links valid?
For your security, each converted file is available to download for 60 minutes from the moment its conversion is complete. After this time, the download link expires and the file is permanently deleted from our servers. Your download history will still show a record of the conversion.
